Privacy policy
This policy explains how data is processed when you contact MFS, request a catalogue or subscribe to professional information.

MEDITERRANEENNE FOOD SERVICES, 248 route de l’Église Saint-Pierre, 33350 Gardegan-et-Tourtirac, France.
Data protection contact: contact@mediterraneenne.fr.
Data collected
Depending on your request: full name, company, position, business email, optional telephone number, channel, product families or topic, message, language, originating page, contact and subscription choices, receipt date and notification status.
A temporary technical fingerprint combining the IP address and email is kept for five minutes solely to prevent automated submissions. It is not added to the contact record.
Purposes and legal bases
Responding to enquiries, supplying catalogues and preparing a business relationship: pre-contractual steps requested by the individual and MFS’s legitimate interest in handling professional enquiries.
Sending offers, news, promotions or professional information: consent given through a separate, optional and unticked box.
Securing forms and producing daily aggregated page statistics: MFS’s legitimate interest in securing and administering its website.
Recipients
Data is accessible to authorised MFS personnel and technical providers strictly required for hosting and message delivery. It is not sold or provided to partners for their own marketing.
Retention
Enquiries and prospect data: three years from collection or the prospect’s latest contact. Customer data: throughout the business relationship and then three years for marketing, without affecting separate statutory archiving duties.
Anti-abuse fingerprint: five minutes. Visit statistics: aggregated page counts with no individual profile; the daily technical record is deleted after the summary is sent.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw marketing consent at any time without retroactive effect.
Exercise your rights at contact@mediterraneenne.fr or by post to the registered office. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at cnil.fr.
Forms and MFS reception
Required fields are necessary to process the request; without them MFS cannot respond. MFS reception is not generative AI: it provides links and a guided form. It performs no profiling, scoring or automated decision-making.
Security and changes
MFS applies restricted access, HTTPS encryption, anti-abuse controls and data minimisation. This policy will be updated before any new tool changes the processing described here.
